Who We Are

I started Prospect Accountancy (Leeds) as I saw a need for a local firm which could provide a professional yet personal service, at rates that simply couldn’t be matched by the larger Accountancy Practices. I have worked in Accountancy both within Practice and in Industry for nearly 20 years, across diverse business sectors. This has given me valuable insight and knowledge into how businesses operate and how an Accountant can save a client both time and money.I completed my training with a London firm of Chartered Accountants and am a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). I am also a fellow of both the Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA) and the Federation of Tax Advisers (FFTA). I also hold an Honours Degree in Accountancy from Exeter University, together with being a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).

Previous to setting up my own business I was the Practice Manager for a firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in both Peterborough and London.

You can be assured that you will receive a personal, one to one service and no longer feel that your accounts and tax returns are completed by an office junior whilst your calls to your accountant are screened by assistants.

Director

Mark founded the Practice and has been qualified for over 15 years now. After working in Accountancy for over 20 years, he has extensive knowledge in all areas of accountancy and taxation.New paragraph

Sophie Walters

Marketing Manager


Sophie is our longest-serving team member, having joined the company shortly after it was set up. As our Marketing Manager, she is in charge of promoting our services.New paragraph

Amy Chambers

HR Specialist

Amy started with us while she was still at college and has since worked her way up the ranks. Last year she was promoted to HR Specialist.
